The service
Corollary is an app for writing mathematics by hand and turning it into LaTeX, with optional cloud storage and AI connections. By using it you agree to these terms. [Legal entity] provides it.
Your account
You can use Corollary without an account. If you create one, keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 [confirm] to use Corollary.
Your notes are yours
You own what you write. You give us only the permission needed to store, sync, index and show your notes back to you, and to share them with an AI service when you connect one and choose the notebooks it may read. That permission ends when you delete the notes or your account.
Plans and payment
Pro costs $9.99 a month or $99.99 a year. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store, renew automatically and can be cancelled in your Apple account settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Refunds follow Apple’s policies. Enterprise terms are agreed separately. Prices may change with notice.
AI services
AI apps you connect, such as Claude or ChatGPT, are provided by others under their own terms. Corollary only passes them the notebooks you allow and only accepts their additions as suggestions you review. Check typeset LaTeX and any AI suggestion before relying on it.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Corollary to break the law, to infringe others’ rights, to send malware, or to probe, overload or get around the limits of our servers.
No warranty, and limits
Corollary is provided as is. We work hard to keep it running and your notes safe, but we can’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, so keep copies of important work. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. [Confirm with counsel.]
Ending
You can stop using Corollary and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Notes on your devices remain yours.
